Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. We undertake to take all reasonable precautions to keep your order and payment details secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to your details.

To enter into a contract with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. By placing an order, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, that you are the authorized holder of the card used and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt email. This email will only confirm receipt of your order and will not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until we have approved your payment and debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing and Availability
All prices include VAT. Although we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and proceed with a full refund. Shipping costs will be charged additionally where applicable and will be clearly indicated in the “Total Cost”.
Gift Cards
Benares gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, after which, if not used, the full balance will expire. They can be redeemed at Benares Madrid, or used to purchase products online or over the phone.
If used for a dining experience at the restaurant, you will be required to provide the serial number and security code at the time of booking. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and unused balances are non-refundable.

Payment
Upon receipt of your order, we perform a standard pre-check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Products will not be shipped until this verification has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
